Refund and Return Policy for Mighy.in
RETURNS
• All orders are final sale.
• We do not accept returns for any reason, including sizing issues or change of mind.
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must:
• Notify us within 3 days of delivery at fashion@mighy.in
• Provide clear photos or video showing the issue for validation.
Once verified, we may offer:
• An exchange for the same product, if available (or)
• Store credit of the same value for a future purchase.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
EXCHANGES
• Exchanges are only offered for:
• Damaged products
• Wrong item delivered
• We do not offer exchanges for size or color preferences unless approved under exceptional circumstances (only for first-time orders). • In cases where return pickup is not available at your PIN code, customers are responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse. • Once we receive the package and inspect the issue, we will process the exchange within 48 hours. • Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags for eligible exchanges.
ORDERS
• Please double-check your shipping and billing address before placing your order.
• Once an order is placed, we cannot make changes to it, including size, address, or cancellation requests.
• We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
